Nicole Ramirez-Seijas joined Pavageau Law in 2022. Her practice consists of all types of business immigration including immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, and all business-related immigration matters, as well as family-based immigration petitions and naturalizations.

She is also a KIND attorney (Kids In Need of Defense) and is familiar with various aspects of deportation and asylum before the immigration courts. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in French.

Ms. Ramirez-Seijas received her J.D. and her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami Law School. She is from Miami and practiced commercial real estate law in the Miami office of Holland & Knight LLP prior to relocating to Los Angeles in 2009.

Since moving to California, Nicole Ramirez-Seijas has practiced real estate law at the firms of Jackson Tidus in Anaheim, and Bergman & Allderdice in Los Angeles.

Most recently, Ms. Ramirez-Seijas has decided to shift her practice to immigration and has taken on pro bono asylum clients as well as join Pavageau Law to assist with our immigration practice.
